Comment:Serves 4 to 6 people.
- 4 - 6 strips of Pork Tenderloin
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2/3 cup red currant jelly
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- salt & pepper
Salt and pepper meat.
Brown meat quickly in 1 tablespoon of butter and oil.
Sprinkle liberally with Basil.
Melt butter and red currant jelly in a saucepan.
Pour over meat in a baking dish.
Bake 50 minutes at 350°F, basting once or twice.
Mix together milk and flour.
Conbime with butter and jelly sauce.
Bake another 10 minutes.
