Bacon Cheese Bites

Comment:

A quick and tasty snack that everyone will enjoy.

Ingredients:

• 6 slices of crisp bacon crumbled into bits
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
• 1/4 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
• Dash of Tobasco

Directions:

Preheat oven to broil.

Combine all ingredients until well blended.  Use a white bagette and slice 1 inch slices to spread the mixture on.

Place on a cookie sheet and put under the broiler until the cheese melts.  Serve as soon as taken from oven.
