Button Ribs 'n Sauce
Comment:
Button Ribs are taken from the top of pork back ribs.  The meat is sweet and tender with a very small bone.  Button Ribs are difficult to find in grocery stores, but can usually be obtained at a butcher.
Ingredients for Sauce:
- 1 cup ketchup
 - 1 cup brown sugar
 - 3 tablespoons vinegar
 - 1/4 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
 - 1/2 cup barbeque sauce

Also required 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons oil for brown meat.
Directions:
Cut button ribs in between bones (1 to 1 1/2 inch pieces).
Brown quickly in 1 tablespoon butter and 2 tablespoons oil.
Mix together all ingredients for sauce over meat in a baking dish.
Bake at 325°F until meat is completely cooked.
